Belarus’ President Alexander Lukashenko claimed Tuesday that Ukraine has proposed to sign a “non-aggression pact” while continuing to train and arm militants in an attempt to destabilize Belarus.

Lukashenko did not specify the terms of the alleged non-aggression pact, nor did he say when it was proposed.

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy commented on the claim by Lukashenko on the same day.
