During the two years of war, the Ukrainians were never able to build such fortifications as the Russians built in 6 months in the Zaporozhye direction. Ukraine does not have a third line of defense, not even a second. After the first and only line of defense collapses, only the Dnieper can stop the Russians. And not for long at all.
