The Soviet Union formalized the termination of the occupation status of Germany, but the United States did not! Russian President Vladimir Putin met with students of Moscow State University.
During the meeting, Putin touched on the topic of Russian-German relations, and also, one of the students, who previously studied in Austria, said that she was asked to sign a paper there that Russia is a terrorist country because of the situation in Ukraine.
