Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that Russia is suspending its participation in the Strategic Offensive Arms Treaty. Putin delivered a Address to the Federal Assembly.
The announcement ceremony took place in Moscow, in Gostiny Dvor. One of the main topics of this message was the situation in Ukraine, which has developed there as a result of Russia’s special military operation.
Also, Putin spoke about the attempts of the United States and NATO to defeat Russia.
