Putin’s men encircle Donetsk, down Su-25; Russian Pres plans Donbass visit, oil price cap kicks in

Russian President Vladimir Putin is planning to visit Donbass region in east Ukraine as Russian troops continue to advance in Donetsk, UK Defence Ministry said that Russian forces were encircling the cities of Donetsk Oblast and Bakhmut in a bid to conquer them. Russian troops also downed an Ukrainian Su-25 fighter aircraft as Volodymyr Zelensky’s men damaged a Church during counteroffensive.
