During a congressional hearing, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken suggested that Ukraine may have to enter into talks with Russia over its territorial ambitions. Remember that since the fighting began in February of last year, Washington has rejected diplomacy with Moscow in favour of military support for Kyiv.
