Just months after Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law to suspend the new START nuclear treaty with the U.S., the Joe Biden government is getting jittery by Moscow’s new deal with Beijing. Russia has now signed a long-term nuclear deal with China, to draw a roadmap for cooperation in developing so-called fast-neutron reactors for decades to come. As per Bloomberg, the deal has put Pentagon planners on the edge.
