In the Kursk direction, there have been multiple attempts by Ukrainian forces to break through Russian positions along several sections of the front. Some villages are still contested, while other attacks have been fully repelled by the Russians. The overall momentum is gradually decreasing.

• In the Toretsk direction, the Russians have captured the northern mine and are advancing further into Toretsk itself. South of Zalizne, the Russians continue to push further south towards Niu York, tightening the encirclement around Ukrainian forces. Some sources already report that critical positions northeast of Niu York along the fields are being evacuated.
• A similar momentum is seen in the direction of Pokrovsk, where the Russians are advancing westward directly towards the city while also launching offensives to the south. Ukrainian troops have reportedly withdrawn from positions east of the Karlivka Reservoir to more defensible positions.
• The situation in this direction is becoming increasingly dynamic in favor of the Russians, with the cities of Myrnohrad and Pokrovsk now just a few kilometers away from the advancing Russian assault troops. Evacuations of these cities are already underway.
