The Ukrainian Defense Minister announced that the Russians plan to deploy 300,000 soldiers to the front. According to Ukrainian sources, there are currently 500,000 soldiers at the front. In Luhansk, several ATACMS missiles struck, but nothing is known yet about the target or the extent of the damage. Ukrenergo reported that all thermal power plants are damaged or destroyed, and the output is currently at 5%. This is a severe blow to the already small Ukrainian military industry.
