Russian President Putin gave an update on Ukraine’s heavy losses during its counteroffensive, which started in early June. He stated that Ukraine is rapidly depleting its own stockpile and will soon be reliant on foreign aid.
Putin also warned that weapons received from the West would be destroyed.
He made it clear that Moscow is open to talks with the West, but rejected the idea of engaging in any nuclear disarmament talks.
