The governor of Kherson region has claimed that three Ukrainian soldiers swam across the Dnieper river to surrender before the Russian Army. The incident reportedly took place on April 17. A day after that, the Russian defence ministry released a video of another Ukrainian soldier, who was reportedly captured by them. The soldier said he surrendered after he read a note dropped by Russian drone. He admits that there is panic across all Ukrainian units as Russia has been hammering their positions non-stop. Meanwhile, Russia claimed that it carried out nearly 34 air strikes across Ukraine between April 13-19.
