WWIII Alert! Russia Claims Pentagon Creating Bioweapons in Ukraine to Impose ‘Global Control’

The U.S. Department of Defense has been spearheading the development of offensive bioweapons in Ukraine in violation of the Biological Weapons Convention, according to Russia’s Ministry of Defense.

Lt. General Igor Kirillov, Russia’s Chief of Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Protection Troops of the Armed Forces, delivered a briefing Wednesday explaining how the DoD’s U.S. Army Research Institute for Infectious Diseases employs “dual-use” research to create offensive bioweapons in Ukraine.

“Documents, obtained during the special military operation, show that the institution is directly involved in the collection of dangerous pathogens in various regions of the world, testing of unregistered drugs, as well as the implementation of dual-use programmes, ordered by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency of the U.S. Department of Defense (DTRA),” Kirillov wrote in his report.

“The U.S. Army Institute of Infectious Diseases has been involved in U.S. biological programmes in Ukraine. Thus, representatives of the institute actively conducted projects code-named UP-1 and UP-8. These projects investigated the possibility of using arthropods to spread rickettsiae, tick-borne encephalitis virus, Congo-Crimean haemorrhagic fever and hantaviruses.”

Kirillov broke down how the Pentagon’s “dual-use” research violated Articles I and IV of the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) of 1972, which has been adopted by most countries.

Article I of the BWC states that nations may never under any circumstances develop, produce, stockpile, acquire, or retain biological weapons.

Article IV states that nations are required to implement the provisions of the BWC domestically, which Russia accuses U.S. is violating by setting up biolabs near the borders of its geopolitical opponents, namely in Ukraine which borders Russia.

The report also included a detailed graphic illustrating the U.S. government’s bioweapon pipeline and how it originated with key members of the Democratic Party, including Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, and George Soros.

These Democrats then primed agencies of the executive branch to launder money through non-governmental organizations like the Clinton Foundation and Rockefeller Foundation to then fund biolabs in Ukraine through companies like Metabiota and Black & Veatch and Ukraine’s Defense Ministry, the graphic suggests.

The bioweapons data is then sent to Big Pharma companies for vaccine research and development, whose profits are then kicked back to the Democrats to continue the nefarious cycle.

The U.S. government’s preparatory measures of the COVID pandemic with the execution of Event 201 along with the creation of the Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy is evidence of its “strategic plans of establishing global biological control,” Kirillov concluded.

“It is envisaged that the new structure will be responsible for setting the course and coordinating actions to combat known and unknown biological challenges, including pathogens that could trigger another global emergency,” he wrote.

“The development of the pandemic under this scenario, as well as the implementation of EcoHealth Alliance projects, raises questions about the possible intentional nature of COVID-19 and U.S. involvement in the incident.”

“We do not rule out that the United States will use of so-called defensive technologies for offensive purposes, as well as for global governance by creating crisis situations of a biological nature,” he added.
