The situation near Chasiv Yar is becoming increasingly critical. Ukraine has deployed one of its best battalions to the area, where the elite Russian forces are engaging with Ukraine’s top troops. South of Krasnohorivka, the Russian forces are focusing on fields bisected by a lake, which could potentially encircle the Ukrainian troops. In Kyslivka, intense fighting is ongoing, and Russian forces have taken more positions following an assault. South of Kharkiv, Russian units have destroyed a German IRIS-T air defense system, and additional Lancet attacks are hitting Ukrainian equipment. Ukrainian forces are also highly active along the Russian-Ukrainian border, destroying Russian equipment. In the Kherson region, attacks with artillery, FAB bombs, and drones are steadily increasing.
