Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov mocked U.S. president Joe Biden when asked about the ties between the two countries. In an interview to CBS News, Lavrov said that Russia will never go running to the U.S. to seek forgiveness and that the bilateral ties were wrecked by those who invented the “Russian threat.” RT News quoted him as saying, “We are not going to… run to Washington: ‘Uncle Sam, please forgive us. We were bad boys.’ We have nothing to complain about.”
