Putin retaliates to West ‘in their language’ with a new ‘revenge’ rule over sanctions

Unending sanctions by the West have infuriated Russian President Vladimir Putin. Putin has now signed a decree to place assets from unfriendly nations under administrative receivership in response to the seizure of Russian property abroad. The move comes after western powers led by the U.S. ignored Russia’s warnings.

Moscow has time and again said that no sanction can stop Putin’s Ukraine operation unless the West ends posing a threat to Russia’s security. Notably, Russia has kept its words, as it is evident that Moscow continues its onslaught in Ukraine even after over a year of sanctions by western powers.
