Vladimir Putin led Russia has accused NATO of waging a “hybrid war” against Moscow.
Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov lashed NATO for ‘direct involvement in hybrid war’. Lavrov accused the west of pushing Ukraine to continue fighting against Russia. Lavrov alleged that kyiv has lost its decision-making independence to its partners in the west.
