While speaking live on RT, Russian deputy ambassador to the UN Dmitry Polyansky commented on the West’s reaction to Russia’s deployment of nuclear weapons in Belarus. He mentioned the concept of ‘American exceptionalism,’ which allows the US do whatever it wants, with other countries then having a choice to adhere to US policy or to be silent about it, because any criticism could be condemned and punished. However, Polyansky admitted that, regardless of the aggressive opposition of Western countries, the processes of multipolarity are already taking place.
