Russian nuclear drills ‘a very clear message’ to the West warns Indian Army Colonel

In what’s said to be a direct response to increasing talk of putting Western boots on the ground in Ukraine, President Putin has ordered military exercises using non-strategic nuclear weapons. The Russian Defense Ministry said preparations for the drills has already begun.
