U.S. happy that Ukrainians continue to be slaughtered – ‘vindicates’ Putin’s stand; Virtually admits to fanning war flames in Ukraine – rules out diplomacy with Russia

The U.S. Says it is currently focused on arming Ukraine and not diplomacy with Russia. U.S. and NATO countries have decided to ship a huge, wide-ranging package of heavy weapons to Ukraine this year as the war drags on for a second year.

This is despite repeated warnings from Russia that arming Ukraine against Moscow will only prolong the war. Recently, Russian FM Sergei Lavrov said that Moscow is ready for talks if the West suggests discussing ways to ease tensions and not escalate them.
