Dr. Marcus Papadopoulos described the EU and Britain’s sanctions and oil price cap on Russia as ‘farcical’

In this episode of Press TV’s Spotlight, Dr Marcus Papadopoulos described the European Union and Britain’s sanctions on Russia as farcical. He commented that Britain is violating its own sanctions on Russia by continuing to purchase Russian oil, while the EU is breaking its own sanctions on Russia by continuing to buy Russian timber and Russian coal. Dr Marcus said that Russia, in the context of Ukraine, is winning militarily and economically, though Moscow is losing the media/information war. He opined that either all of Ukraine or most of Ukraine will be absorbed into the Russian Federation. Further to that, Dr Marcus contended that unless revolutions occur in the member states of the EU, the EU’s ruling elites will remain in power and the EU will continue to be subservient to America.
