Russian President’s top ally and deputy head of country’s Security Council Dmitry Medvedev has come up with a chilling solution to Ukraine conflict. Medvedev said any war can be ended quickly: either by a peace treaty, or by doing what the US did in 1945, using nuclear weapons.
