Russian missiles struck industrial facilities in Kharkiv. The second largest city in Ukraine, which lies about 30 kilometers from the Russian border has frequently come under fire. As a fierce war for control continues in the eastern frontlines of Ukraine, officials anticipate a major new offensive from Russia as the war approaches its first year anniversary.
