Saudi Arabia ‘shock’ US; Biden fumes after OPEC+ cuts oil output in surprise move

Oil prices surged after top oil-producing nations unveiled a shock output cut of more than a million barrels per day on Sunday. The move came from Saudi Arabia, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Algeria, and Oman and was the biggest since the group slashed two million barrels per day in October last year.
