Macron calls for social media to be cut amid riots

French President Macron has told mayors that government might consider restricting social media networks in the country in cases of riots, as the state sees mass unrest, prompted by a policeman killing a teenager. Political commenter Jean Bricmont tells RT that social networks are not the main cause of the riots.
